Delivered by London South Bank University, the 12-week programme combines expert-led learning, peer discussion and one-to-one mentoring to help you step back from day-to-day pressures and focus on the future of your business.

A practical programme for ambitious SME leaders

The programme is 90% government funded, making it an accessible opportunity for eligible SMEs to invest in leadership, resilience and long-term growth.

Across 12 weeks, you’ll learn alongside other business leaders, share ideas, hear from experienced facilitators and develop a Growth Action Plan tailored to your business.

Delivered through a national network of business schools and accredited by the Small Business Charter, Help to Grow: Management is designed to give leaders practical insight they can apply straight away.

Eligibility

We have a few eligibility requirements for participants before they join:

Businesses with 5-249 employees
Operating for over 1 year
Participants must be a member of the senior management team
Have at least one direct report
